3 (three) การใช้

• ลูกค้าสามารถรับรางวัลรวมสูงสุด 3 (สาม) รางวัลในช่วงโปรโมชั่น
  The Client can get no more than 3 (three) prizes in total during the promotion.
• ในเริ่มแรกผู้เล่นแต่ละท่านจะได้รับไพ่ท่านละ2ใบ และจะได้เพิ่มอีก1 ใบ รวมแล้วผู้เล่นแต่ละท่านจะได้ไพ่ทั้งหมดท่านละ3ใบ
  At the beginning of the game, every players will get 2 (two) cards and 1 (one) additional card will be given so each player will have 3 (three) cards in a total.
• 5.6 ในกรณีของความล้มเหลว ที่จะบรรลุข้อตกลงผ่านการเจรจา และการติดต่อภายใน 3 เดือน นับจากวันที่เริ่มต้นของข้อพิพาทการพิจารณาต่อไป จะถูกนำไปแก้ตัวได้ตามกฎหมาย ของสาธารณรัฐ เซเชลส์
  5.6. In case of failure to reach an agreement through negotiations and correspondence within 3 (three) months from the date of the initiation of a dispute its further consideration will be directed towards the justifiability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
• ลูกค้ามีความรับผิดชอบเต็มสำหรับความเสี่ยงในส่วนของแพลตฟอร์มการซื้อขายที่ไม่ได้ส่งข้อความอีเมลภายในที่ส่งไปยังลูกค้าของบริษัท ซึ่งจะมีการลบโดยอัตโนมัติภายใน 3 (สาม) วันตามปฏิทิน
  The Client is fully responsible for the risks in respect of undelivered trading platform internal mail messages sent to the Client by the Company as they are automatically deleted within 3 (three) calendar days.
• ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบว่า คะแนนจากการเป็นสมาชิกแต่ละคะแนนมีอายุตามที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้ในเงื่อนไขของแต่ละโปรโมชั่น (1 (หนึ่ง) เดือน/ 3 (สาม) เดือน/ 6 (หก) เดือน/ หรือ 2 (สอง) ปี) นับจากวันที่ซื้อสินค้าหรือบริการ
  I acknowledge that each point earned from the membership will be valid for 1 (one) month/ 3 (three) months/ 6 (six) months or 2 (two) years from the date of goods or service purchase.
• 5.6. ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถหาข้อตกลงร่วมกันได้ตามข้อต่อรองหรือได้รับข้อตอบรับภาพใน 3 เดือนนับจากวันที่มีข้อโต้แย้งพิจารณา ให้พิจารณาข้อพิพากไปตามกฎหมายท้องถิ่นของประเทศที่บริษัทผู้ให้ดำเนินการจดทะเบียน
  5.6. In case of failure to reach an agreement through negotiations and correspondence within 3 (three) months from the date of the emergence of a dispute its further consideration will be directed towards the justiciability in accordance with the local laws of the country of the Company registration.
